PB4L - Whānau Support Programme

Like academics, we believe that behaviour needs to be modelled, taught and encouraged.

Our Behaviour Matrix covers the expected behaviours of our staff, students and community in the various settings at NCA. These are modelled, taught and encouraged daily across the school.

We take a restorative approach when managing behaviours that do not align with our School's Values.

The 'Progressive Actions of Response' guides the actions we take to ensure our students are supported and a clear communication pathway is established between home and school when dealing with various behaviours across the school.
